the minuses:
- the dongle cannot be used with some smartphones (e.g. samsung A5-2017) which means that you have to use the jack cable.
The pluses:

After a month of use, I have problems with the Bluetooth, I read a comment that has the same problem as me. The Bluetooth disconnects itself and it starts the unbearable "beep beep beep". I don't know if it's a manufacturing problem. I don't recommend this product for this price, there are much better headsets.
Just too good, since 1 year that I have this helmet, no problem, it is super comfortable in addition.
I put 8/10 because there must be better but more expensive surely.

I've come to wonder if I don't have a manufacturing defect at this point the product is despicable....
The bluetooth disconnects very quickly; and sizzles a lot, and with the bluetooth deco/reco crises in a loop that makes you go crazy "bip-bip-bip-bip-bip-bip-bip"
The sound, let's talk about it.... there is permanently a kind of "wind" that we hear in the headset, at 130euros it is unacceptable....
The microphone regularly changes volume on its own without changing the settings; I find myself in a situation where suddenly I can hardly be heard even though my settings are at full volume....
In short, it's absolutely not viable, I've gone back to my old 25eur headset which works better, and I'm going to ask for a return.
Point + :
- bluetooth works well and is easy to pair.
- effective isolation from the outside environment.
- comfortable.
- many cables for each type of connection needed.
Point - :
- usb cable (fear if you don't want to use bluetooth) very short, so bluetooth mandatory.
- The stem of the microphone is difficult to handle, the stem returns to its initial shape.
- LED to indicate the current battery capacity at the back of the helmet, obliged to remove the helmet to look = useless.
- Not much configuration possible in the software.
- lots of different cables but no bag/bag which is a shame.
- overall average sound and microphone performance for the price.
Conclusion:
Not bad if you go and buy it on another site at 50/70euros; but 120euros is almost a rip-off.
