I've had it for a while now and frankly I wouldn't want to change it. I've gone to Levels x10 compared to the one I had before.
The sound and microphone quality of these headphones is very good, if not one of the best I've tested to date, but the hardware quality is deplorable after 2 years.
While I have nothing to say about its primary use for gaming and communication, I do deplore the quality of the plastic, which is far from standard for this price.
In fact, the covers at the ends of the hoop, which are made of 'peach skin' material, are the most fragile I've ever seen and, after barely 3 years of use, are already cracked and fragmented (it's now held together with tape).
This is undoubtedly due to the fact that the headband is regularly moved apart, which you're bound to do when wearing it, and to the fact that the headband has a certain flexibility that bends the covers when it moves.
Disappointed by this purchase and although I would like to have confidence in Logitech, it will be difficult for my future purchases, including the replacement of this headset.
This headset is excellent, with very good audio quality (for its price range, especially as it was 30% off at the time of purchase), and the microphone is top-notch for a headset microphone, so it can easily replace a dedicated microphone (entry-level, of course).
Doesn't hurt my ears compared to my old headsets, no squeaking of plastic or anything else once it's on my head compared to a G930 I had at the time.
Well-packaged product, supplied with the necessary cables (the cable is quite long, by the way).
In short, a faultless product at this price, thanks LDLC for the delivery in less than 48H and to Logitech for this excellent product!
I needed to replace my old H800, which had reached the end of its tether after many years of loyal service, so I decided to put my trust in Logitech again. And the result is a bit mixed. I have nothing to complain about in terms of the headset's hardware and sound quality. The product is solid and pleasant to use. The sound is good.
The problem is with the cable. A week after I bought it, it got caught in a wheel on my chair and I broke a jack plug when I got up. I tried to order a replacement cable from the Logitech website, as I'd done a few times with my H800 without any problems. Logitech no longer makes this cable.
So I had to look for a cable with built-in sound control, which is no mean feat.
I don't regret my purchase, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd get a headset with sound control on the earphones, so that I could replace the cable more easily if anything went wrong.
As usual and without surprise, LOGITECH offers us a high quality product, with comfort and excellent audio quality! Value for money is as good as ever, and LDLC's advice is as good as ever - what more could you ask for?
The headphones are good overall:
- The microphone is really (even too) good.
- The sound is decent but not excellent.
On the downside, the ear cushions aren't strong enough and wear out fairly quickly over time.
Super headset, it has everything of a gamer headset with its excellent quality microphone, excellent quality sound, spare tissue cushions for those who don't like leather, really I have nothing to say about this headset. It's just perfect!

It's still a Logitech product, so it's very well made.
I recommend it because it's an excellent product: very good sound quality, great comfort thanks to the very good quality leatherette earcups and shape memory. They can be replaced. Connections allow for great adaptability.
The headband padding is too thin and lacks comfort.
The replacement fabric earpads are pleasant, but changing them with the leatherette ones already fitted is tedious.
The software settings are complicated, but the good thing is that once the equaliser has been set, it can be stored on the USB sound card.
The whole package performs well, but it's a shame that it's marred by a lack of ergonomics.

I have just acquired this wonder.
- It is comfortable.
- The sound quality is excellent.
- The microphone is very clear and suppresses surrounding noise well.
- It is a very good value for money.
The 3 small defects (but really to be critical)
- It requires the installation of Ghub to reveal its strengths (Blue voice), but like most devices today.
- The wire is not braided, but solid.
- You have to force a bit for the connections.
I'm very pleased with the quality of the helmet. Good value for money, I'm happy with the helmet. The various accessories are practical. The microphone, the sound is clean.
I decided to trust Logitech again by buying this headset and I was very disappointed.
I've been using it for a while now and I can't find much to complain about... but there are still a lot of problems:
- The Logitech software that allows you to activate the blue voice, which is supposed to improve the voice rendering, is quite complicated for a neophyte. I spent a lot of time on it and in the end people I talk to a lot online told me it was better without it...
- I had a conflict with a driver that caused the headset to be undetected by the Logitech software (again) and therefore not work at all. I'm looking for help on the net and often come across the Logitech forum for similar problems and their answers explain that sometimes bugs happen and that you have to reinstall the software or wait for a corrective update. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to reinstall the software or to wait for an update... Except that it doesn't work and when the user comes back to the forum... no one answers. Some people have formatted their PCs only to find that the problem remains the same. Luckily I was able to figure it out myself and find the driver that conflicted with the software.
- I had a microphone problem that forced me to shout into it to be heard by others. And of course this happens just 2 months after the end of the warranty. I went to the Logitech website to see if they sell spare parts: the cable was there but could not be ordered, the microphone boom was not offered at all. I ended up finding equivalent replacements but in the end it didn't work.
In the end, 120 € for the headset + 30 € for the repair attempt for a headset that only listens after 2 years and because Logitech is not even able to offer spare parts, I find that very (too) expensive.
The plastics that connect the headband and the earphone completely disintegrate on one of the two earphones.
(This is so common that some retailers sell these parts on the internet...)
On the other side of the headband, it's the fitting that allows to adjust the size that broke, forced to tinker to make it fit...
The plastics lasted 18 months with intensive use.
I bought it in May 2021 and after 6 months it had a problem with a false contact on one side of the headset. I have had headsets for less than that and they lasted longer. I would give it two stars because the quality of the headset is good, but in the end I would not use this brand again. It's really overpriced logitech

the headset has good bass and treble but it's not like a studio headset with less detail
I'm not sure if it's a good choice for gaming, but it's good for movies too.
I haven't tried the software to get the dtx and so on yet so no opinion

Everything is good and the microphone is really amazing.
I like the fact that everything is configured. The small downside is the connectivity that wants to detect itself every other time...
As many comments point out I only have sound from one earpiece and the microphone does not work.
The small difference from other users is that it has been like this since the first time I plugged it in.
The headset is very good for the price. The microphone, using Blue technology, is impeccable.
It's also excellent for listening to music and games.
The only downside is that you have to be very careful with drops as the 4 ends that hold the speakers are fragile and can crack or break.
I've had it for almost a year now and it still works like the first day!

Everything worked fine for 1 day, great product. And after one day, the same problem reported on other sites... The microphone is no longer detected, impossible to make the USB sound card work.
I really should have taken into account the negative comments. It seems that the positive ones have been bought ???

I thought I had finally found the headset that would make me forget all the misfortunes I had experienced with cheaper models.
What a surprise at the second use, the left ear does not work anymore...
In fact it does! but I have to put the headset on my head with my hand to hear the signal from time to time; it's not practical to use the PC with only one hand available. As if there was a false contact... but in two days it's still strange.
As I'm an optimist by nature, I told myself that after a little rest it would start working. Two months later, nope! only one ear is working. I'm disappointed in the search for a quality helmet

The headset is comfortable and comes with a pair of spare ear cushions. The connection cable and microphone are detachable. The cable has adapters to connect it in any way you want (one input/output jack, 2 separate jacks or USB). The fact that the cable is detachable for me is a big plus because it is a vulnerable part (especially to the whims of some pets) and being able to change the cable and only the cable is a big plus in case of trouble.
Structurally the helmet doesn't seem to be fragile or very solid (especially when attached to the ears) but overall it seems to be able to withstand a respectful use without flinching (by which I mean that it's better not to rip the helmet off your head or to move it away with a big gesture to put it on or take it off... but that seems obvious to me with any helmet)
As for the sound, it does its job very respectably. It's not a competition headset on this point but the sound is clean and it's comfortable, which was what I expected from it. The isolation from outside sounds is also very good.
Overall, even though I haven't had these headphones long enough to make a definitive decision on the wear and tear criterion, they seem to be of good quality, well cared for in all aspects. Time will tell if I will have to regret a concern of durability.

I recommend this wired version! The wired version is much less good in terms of microphone quality.
I give this product a score of 7/10 because the product itself is perfect, but I had problems with the Ghub software not recognising my headset on the PC (it marked it as "not connected" even though it worked and was plugged in).
I contacted logitech support and was redirected to Microsoft thinking it was my Windows Lol.
So the 3 points in me on the note comes from the fact that the support is very bad.
I have nothing to say about the quality of the product, both in terms of the finish and the sound, everything is perfect. The headphones are well isolated from external noise and are not too heavy.
The only downside I could find is that you can't hear your own voice in the headset when you speak. Or maybe it's a feature I couldn't find in G Hub.
I am very satisfied. The headset is solid, comfortable and stylish.
The settings are simple and the 7.1 effects are a plus in FPS.
I recommend it.

another helmet that will not last... the plastic headband broke at the left end (the end of the stroke) at the ear. The plastic that encapsulates the sliding headband is really fragile and opened in two, of a weak plastic... I just had to move the helmet a bit to remove it and CRAK TERMINUS everyone goes down :(
How can you sell helmets at this price and make such weak plastic parts in strategic places? I'm not sure how to get the headset to work, but I'm sure it's a good idea to get it to work.
I'm not sure if I'm going to use the warranty, but the headset is weak in all of these areas.

I had bought this headset for its blue microphone, I will not take it again, Logitech it makes 3 times, 3 headset HS in 3 years!
The note I have is very noticeable. The microphone worked for 4 months and then after 2 days it magically works again and now it doesn't

Sound and microphone settings essential but quite complex (but not insurmountable with appropriate tutorials and basic profiles and those of other users).
1/ No clip to attach the cable to the clothes (the wire is in the way)
2/ More serious: if the earpieces come off, it is impossible to re-attach them
3/ What is the use of spare earpieces if replacing them is so difficult?
7/ No LED for volume/mic control
8/ No microphone signal when installed: the whole thing ended up working "like magic
9/ Heats up one earlobe (like most)
Conclusion: I have "thrown it in the bin".

Pleasant to wear. The sound and microphone settings can be changed as desired. I recommend it for gaming, for listening to music in high quality and for streaming with Blue Voice.
The headset is very comfortable to wear even after a long use, it isolates well from the external noise, the headset and all the cables are of good quality and robust, for information I use it for video conferencing and from this point of view nothing to say does its job

After owning two other headsets (SteelSeries) that were disappointing because of their microphones. Here the mic is just perfect, I don't need to blow up the voice detection and stick it to my mouth anymore.
The DTX audio is good even if I find it a bit messy on the spatialization (only felt on CSGO).
The headphones made me forget the loss of the wireless on my old headphones in an afternoon.
The "Logitech G Hub" software allows for quick and easy activation of the blue mic and DTX sound technologies as well as a very advanced setting option.
Great product, super comfortable and ergonomic, top sound quality... But you have to use the microphone configuration software, because with the factory configuration the microphone quality is horrible,

I was surprised at how well the microphone sounds (once the software is installed and blue voice is activated), but I think it's a shame that without the G Hub software, it's not very good either in sound or voice. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for a lot of different things, but I'm sure it's a good idea to use it for a lot of different things. In short, good but not better
After more than a month of use here is what I can say about it:
Good quality headset for gaming. Very comfortable, even for sessions lasting several hours.
The sound is very good.
The microphone is very good (tip: turn on the Blue Voice, it makes the microphone much clearer).
The software is excellent for creating your own sound configuration.
The only downside is that the factory settings are bad in my opinion (for the microphone and the sound as well), so you have to set the headset up the way you want it, which is a bit long.
And also, it is a bit too heavy, but you get used to it very quickly and it is not necessarily disturbing.
I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure I'll be able to use it again in the future. We'll see in time.
I gave it a 10/10 because: it is very robust (not like the normal pro), HUGE adjustment for all types, it goes from FPS to Booster sound for music it is hallucinating without taking into account the settings of the microphone which offers a quality similar to the boom microphone found at 80-100€ all that in a headset. The best I've tested (I must have tested about 20). It's worth the price!
The sound is incredibly immersive, you'd think you were in the war on call of duty ^^.
The only flaw is that you have to download the logitech software to make the 7.1 sound work. But it is not indicated anywhere...
