The Sonnet Allegro USB-C 4-Port PCIe Controller Card is a high-performance expansion solution designed to bring up to 4 SuperSpeed USB-C ports at 10 Gbps to your Mac Pro or Windows PC equipped with a PCIe slot, as well as Thunderbolt to PCIe expansion systems. It utilises the USB 3.2 Gen 2 standard and a dual-controller architecture to deliver fast and reliable data transfers, while supporting a wide range of USB devices that comply with USB-IF standards.
With its advanced design, the Allegro USB-C 4-Port PCIe Card overcomes the limitations of older USB interfaces, which can slow down or prevent the full-speed use of external SSDs and other demanding peripherals. With four independent ports, each capable of delivering up to 7.5W of power and supported by independent power regulation, this card ensures stable power delivery and protects your system from electrical disturbances. Each port incorporates a resettable fuse, enhancing safety during unexpected connections or device failures. Installation is quick and easy in any compatible PCIe slot.
