Speed and High Capacity
WiFi 6 gives the ZenWiFi Pro XT12 up to 4 times the capacity and 2 times the speed of WiFi 5, thanks to advanced technologies such as BSS Color, OFDMA uplink and downlink, and MU-MIMO at 160 MHz. Network efficiency is also improved, so your devices have all the bandwidth they need. If you have many different networked devices, such as PCs, laptops, smartphones, NAS and smart home devices, the ZenWiFi Pro XT12 is the perfect choice. The ZenWiFi Pro XT12 features a 2.5G LAN port and a 2.5G WAN port, allowing you to enjoy 2.5 Gbps speeds from a compatible ISP to your compatible wired devices.

The ZenWiFi Pro XT12 is a 12-stream device, offering combined total data rates of up to 11,000 Mbps. This enhances its ability to transmit and receive data to a large number of devices simultaneously, reducing dead zones and giving the ZenWiFi Pro XT12 the performance edge for the busiest home networks. In addition, ASUS RangeBoost Plus improves coverage for all your Wi-Fi devices, including older ones. Using a next-generation Broadcom WiFi 6 chipset and a 64-bit 2GHz quad-core processor, RangeBoost Plus leverages several proprietary ASUS technologies to dramatically improve WiFi range and coverage by up to 38%*.
Performance and Security
The ZenWiFi Pro XT12 is designed to deliver maximum Wi-Fi performance with improved throughput thanks to its Broadcom WiFi 6 chipset and Quad-Core CPU. The eight external antennas are carefully placed and oriented in a special transparent compartment on top of the router, minimising interference while maximising signal coverage. Home network security is crucial when you have multiple devices connected, especially if your network hosts devices without virus protection, such as IoT devices. The ZenWiFi Pro XT12 includes free lifetime AiProtection Pro software, including advanced parental controls, and also uses the WPA3 security protocol.
