Nighthawk AX12: Wi-Fi AX for speed and fluidity
The Netgear Nighthawk 12-Stream AX11000 Wi-Fi Router (RAX200) supports the new 802.11AX Wi-Fi standard (Wi-Fi 6). Designed to provide up to four times the data transfer capacity of previous standards, the AX11000 Wireless Router features advanced technologies such as OFDMA, MU-MIMO, 160MHz channel support and 1024 QAM to deliver a highly efficient network.
The Nighthawk AX12 is powered by a Quad-Core 1.8GHz 64-bit processor designed to transfer gigabits of data with minimal CPU load. The 160MHz channel support doubles the speed offered by the 80MHz channels to deliver Gigabit to compatible devices. This router supports multi-Gigabit Internet links by aggregating two Gigabit Ethernet ports.

The Netgear Nighthawk AX12 router can handle 12 Wi-Fi streams (four in the 2.4GHz band and eight in the 5GHz band) offering four times the capacity of a 2x2 AC Wi-Fi router. More Wi-Fi streams per band greatly increases the amount of data the router sends and receives to and from connected devices. The more bandwidth available, the fewer bottlenecks there are in the network. 4K streaming, gaming and all bandwidth intensive uses will be possible with the AX12 Wi-Fi AX11000.
Nighthawk application
The Netgear Nighthawk app makes it easy to set up and maintain your Wi-Fi AX wireless router and get the most out of your Wi-Fi. With the app available for Android and iOS, you do the setup of your hardware in a few steps, just connect your mobile device to the Nighthawk and the app takes care of the rest. Once set up, you can use the intuitive and uncluttered interface to run a quick internet speed test, set up parental controls...
