The NA-HC7 chromax.black heatsink customisation cover is an optional accessory for the famous Noctua NH-U12S fans. Made from high quality aluminium and powder coated in black, it provides a simple and elegant look that fits perfectly into a variety of popular colour themes or predominantly black configurations. With a quick and easy installation, changing the look of your NH-U12S fan takes only a few minutes and does not even require removing the fan from the CPU. Combined with the NF-A12x25 chromax.black.swap fans, the NA-HC7 chromax.black gives you the opportunity to transform your NH-U12S into a black-clad powerhouse that looks as good as it performs.
The cover increases the height of the fan by 3 mm (from 158 to 161 mm) and the overall width by a further 3 mm (from 125 to 128 mm). Please ensure that your case has sufficient space so that the cover cannot come into contact with other components such as PCIe cards.

The NA-HC7 chromax.black line features a deep black powder coating and offers a simple and elegant design when combined with industrialPPC or chromax.black.swap fans and chromax.black anti-vibration mounts. Combined with a black motherboard, case and components, the chromax.black design will look great!Installing Noctua's chromax series ventirad covers is child's play: position the bracket over the heatsink, secure it with the metal clips, position the covers until the magnets lock in place... and you're done! There is no need to remove the fan from the CPU or to remove the fan.
