The QNAP QSW-IM1200-8C is a manageable Layer 2 web switch that offers 4 x 10 Gigabit SFP+ ports and 8 x SFP+/10GbE combo ports. The QSW-IM1200-8C is configured via the easy-to-use QNAP Web Swith System (QSS) interface.
The QSW-IM1200-8C is equipped with an IP20 rated metal enclosure, offering protection in harsh and industrial environments. Adopting a fanless design with ventilated construction, the QSW-IM1200-8C can operate in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 65°C in ventilated environments (0.5 to 0.7 m/s) or -30°C to 45°C in an enclosed space.
Flexible deployment
The QSW-IM1200-8C provides four SFP+/RJ45 10GbE combo ports and eight SFP+ 10Gbps ports to connect different devices and establish high-speed hybrid networks. With SFP+ interfaces, it is possible to use direct attach copper (DAC) cables to connect directly to SFP+ devices. Also, you can use RJ45 ports to connect 10GBASE-T/NBASE-T devices (10G / 5G / 2.5G / 1G / 100M) via existing category 6, 5 or 5e RJ45 cabling. The switching capacity of the QSW-IM1200-8C is 240 Gbit/s, which guarantees the full potential of each port.QSS Dashboard
The QSW-IM1200-8C uses the QNAP Switch System (QSS) with an easy-to-use web-based graphical user interface (GUI) packed with value-added features to simplify network configuration and management.
The QSW-IM1200-8C provides bandwidth and packet control functions (including LACP, VLAN, QoS, and IGMP Snooping) to boost network performance through IP bundling and bandwidth management.
