It also has powerful system and security features (including ACL, LLDP, RSTP, and Flow Control) to help administrators improve network reliability through access controls, troubleshooting, loop prevention, and avoiding packet loss.

It's a great switch, fast shipping, great performance and great features.
An ideal switch to set up a 10 gig local network and take full advantage of the fibre!
Only slight downside, the fan is very quiet at first, but becomes a little more audible after a while...
I have connected the RJ45 switch to the 10Gb port of an ultym bbox and whether it be when communicating between the PC and the NAS (1Gb) or when using the TV decoder (100Mb), everything works perfectly and, what's more, in silence.
