The ZyXEL XGS1250-12 V2 manageable web switch features three Multi-Gigabit ports supporting up to 10G and an additional 10G fibre port in addition to its two 10G copper ports. Thanks to the additional fibre port and 10G connectivity, you have greater flexibility to adopt more 10G equipment in your daily work.
Performant and silent
Featuring 1G ports, 10G Multi-Gigabit ports and a 10G fibre port, this combination of ports is capable of serving a wide range of network devices such as iMac Pro, 10G NAS, servers, Wi-Fi 6 access points or new 2.5G motherboards. The unique 5-colour LED on the front panel is designed to let you instantly check the link speed. Thanks to the built-in smart fan, designed to automatically adjust speeds according to the temperature of the equipment, you can barely hear the noise when the switch is in operation.
The benefits of Multi-Gigabit
The increase in new applications is driving demand for higher network speeds. Multi-Gigabit RJ-45 ports provide more speed options for your network. Before upgrading the network, you need to determine the network speed of the motherboard, PC or Wi-Fi 6 access point, and you need to choose the right network cable to achieve the maximum speed. Multi-Gigabit support is able to leverage existing Cat 5e cable infrastructure to increase network speed by up to 5 times for a cost-effective network installation.
