    To be avoided

    When unpacking, the device does not recognise the SIM card. I try with my second card. There seems to be a problem with the port...
    I call customer service and they refer me to D-Link... D-Link answers and after telling my story to several people and describing my tests, I am told that they will change the device and that an email will arrive immediately to give me the procedure. (Exchange time about 4 weeks announced!!)
    1 hour later, still no mail, I call back and they ask me again what's wrong with it etc... and still no mail.
    I had ordered this device for my camping holiday and well it's a failure, 441€ thrown out of the window.
    I expected LDLC to give me a more "commercial" solution.

    Impeccable in its operation!
    Although there may be a few reboots from time to time that I can't explain and you have to be careful with firmware updates (check the update version offered by the device with the technical information on the D-Link website for Europe). A "simple" reset (the button is rather well "hidden") of 10 seconds is enough to make everything come back in order.
    It has NAT management and router settings, so it's really good for my needs.
    The quality of speed in 5G is impressive! I could see a real difference with 4G+. It's not far from a wired connection! I didn't test the latency but for classic web browsing, video and music, no problem. To test one day in video games for the knowledge ^^.
