It's the ultimate plug-and-play solution for Windows 10 laptops with Thunderbolt 4 technology and MacBooks with Thunderbolt 3 technology running macOS 11 or later. It also supports Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4 and USB-C accessories.

Thunderbolt 4 technology for 8K for one monitor or 4K for two monitors

For the first time ever, this modern Thunderbolt 4 d ock can directly support up to three additional Thunderbolt devices (up to five). With the included 0.8m Thunderbolt 4 cable, it offers transfer speeds of up to 40Gbps and provides dual 4K video and audio output, delivering a fast and powerful plug-and-play experience. Intel VT-d DMA protection prevents unauthorised devices from accessing system memory.

8K single monitor or 4K dual monitor video output (at 60Hz) for Thunderbolt 4 compatible host devices enables enhanced productivity and viewing with the crisp resolution, contrast and colour depth of Ultra HD (one 8K monitor at 30Hz or two 4K monitors at 60Hz) through available Thunderbolt 4 ports.

A horrible noise!!!

This docking station does its job properly! Everything could have been great, it just has to be... When the laptop is no longer connected to the dock and the dock is powered (basically, when you turn off your computer), a horrible noise (coil whine) comes out of the dock, forcing you to turn it off, so annoying! Given the price of this device, this problem should not exist! In the end, I went for another model, from another brand and less expensive...
