ASUS PRIME Z490-A

ASUS quality at its best!

I bought this card to replace an ASUS Z67-A with a Core i5 Haswell.
Combined with a Core-i7 10700K, 32GB of 3600Mhz RAM and an EK watercooler that I had previously, it's a new lease of life for my computer.
The assembly is not particularly difficult if you follow the manual and take a minimum of time to do it right.
The design of the card is particularly well done and coupled with the RGB LEDs in the RAM and a WS2812B LED strip, this can only give a very nice result.
The UEFI BIOS is comprehensive and has many options for cooling management.
The rear panel and expansion slots on the card are well supplied and should cover my needs for years to come.
So why only a 9/10 rating? I would have liked a slightly more affordable price.
