The KTA-450 is a very compact 4/2 channel amplifier designed by Alpine to work in conjunction with the iLX-W650BT (sold separately), but can also be used as a stand-alone amplifier in any universal configuration.     Small but strong!

    Having bought the ILX-W650BT multimedia player and not being really blown away by its 4x12W (a shame for a 450e..... car radio), I therefore chose its dedicated amp... (And boom 200e more!!)
    The whole set was awarded by EISA, and really, I understand without difficulty why, the KTA 450 and its lilipucian size drives in a rather impressive way a 4 speakers configuration.
    Given for 4x50w RMS, the doubt is big when you have the box in hand... The feeling is not really relieved once unpacked, but it only lasts until the unit is turned on.

    Associated with two pairs of Focal Polyglasss, a 165v2 and a 130v2, I must say that the result is just amazing! Sincerely, having already had a similar installation with a "normal" amp (Focal FP 4.75), the listening result is relatively close.

    Practical to wire, to install and to adjust, the result is ideal!

    I strongly recommend this little amp if you want to have a quality sound without too much effort,
    associated with a minimum performance speakers of course!
