Alpine PWD-X5 you can achieve a fully integrated installation in your car with just one device. Thanks to its small footprint, the
PWD-X5 fits easily inside your car and gives you a pleasant bass boost. Connect a variety of audio devices via the high-power inputs or RCA inputs for universal car stereos and control the system via the wired remote control and/or the smartphone app provided. The

Everything you need to upgrade your car
The PWD-X5 includes a digital audio processor (DSP), a compact "Active" subwoofer and a 4-channel amplifier, all in a compact package. This enclosure is perfect for you to equip your car as it is relatively easy to install. The integrated amplifier provides 4 x 50 watts for the speaker channels and 240 watts for the integrated subwoofer (max. power). Installation brackets and a wiring kit are included in the package.
With the PWD-X5, you can take advantage of extensive sound control functions. Use the built-in 10-band parametric equalizer, digital time correction and digital crossover to adjust the sound of your vehicle. You can perform the main setup by connecting a PC using the free Alpine software or the included wired controller. There is also a smartphone app that allows users to switch between presets on the move and adjust subwoofer and volume levels.
You can download the Alpine app for the PWD-X5 for free from Google Play and the Apple App Store. This app allows you to adjust master volume and subwoofer level, select sound presets, change audio input sources, adjust the 10-band parametric EQ, crossover, fader/balance and more.

Compact installation, extensive connectivity options and wired remote control
The enclosure is only 350mm long, 245mm wide and 80mm high, allowing the PWD-X5 to be installed under the front seats of many vehicles. It can also be easily installed in the boot of your car. Its total weight is only about 5 kg.
You can connect the PWD-X5 via RCA inputs. If you have a car radio in your car that does not have an RCA connection, you can connect it to the DSP amplifier using the high power inputs. There are also 2 USB ports used for the included external Bluetooth dongle and to connect the wired remote control and PC for configuration.
The remote control is connected to the DSP amplifier via USB. Use the rotary encoder to select presets, input sources, sound settings, etc.

Bluetooth Audio Streaming
If your OEM car stereo doesn't offer Bluetooth audio streaming,Alpine 's PWD-X5 is a great solution for you. With its included Bluetooth dongle that can be plugged into either of the DSP amp's USB ports, you can stream music from your smartphone to the PWD-X5. Simply pair your phone and select Bluetooth as the source from the wired remote to enjoy all your music, Spotify and internet radio on your sound system.
