I've never had any problems with ldlc before, but this is the wrong note! I bought an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 AF Wraith Stealth Edition (3.2 GHz / 3.6 Ghz) with this motherboard, and it doesn't accept it (except with a bios update, apparently). Thanks for warning me first! I still gave it a good score for speed of delivery.
I know: it's well marked to update the bios before putting in a (necessarily) last generation processor. But I must admit that it's tiring, once it's done, once it's broken. Couldn't ASROCK and AMD get along once and for all?
This motherboard does not work with the processor I ordered at the same time.
It needs a bios update.
I had this type of problem over a year ago and it is not resolved!
You would think that either ASROCK or LDLC would do the right thing.
I have contacted the LDLC shop near me (60km round trip!), they charge 23€ to do it and 48H delay at best.
I have already updated the bios of a motherboard, it took me about 15 minutes, 10 of which were spent downloading the update.
I used to order on LDLC, it's over.
When paired with a ryzen 5 2600, ldlc offers to upgrade the bios for a fee to ensure proper compatibility with the processor. OK. After several days of troubleshooting a system that doesn't boot on anything, doesn't give any video signal, I realize that the update done is version 3.30. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to upgrade to 4.40, but I'm sure it's a good idea to check the asus website https://www.asus.com/microsite/mb/AMD-Ryzen-2000-APU-ready/
I'm angry at myself for trusting the "service" and not checking the work first. I don't like wasting my time any more than I like throwing money away, so the grade sucks.
After a failure to get a stable configuration, LDLC replaced the card.
The same new card is temperamental. It only accepts one of my 3 power supplies; with the others, it keeps rebooting.
I am finally at a stable configuration despite a blue screen from time to time (about once a day).
I've had a lot of help from LDLC and they are still very professional.
It's hard to really put a grade on it but my opinion is GOOD.
I bought this CM to install it with a ryzen 3 2200G and add a CG later. No problems during installation or startup, on the contrary, the bios is already up to date to support the ryzen 3 2200G... That's why I took this CM rather than its little sister of the same name but R3.0 which required a bios upgrade to support the proco. I have a doubt about the previous reviews which may not have selected the right CM.

I ordered it with a Ryzen 3 2200G. And of course I ran into the same problems as the previous comments. That is to say, the fans are running but the screen is black.

Installation ubuntu RAS
Windows 10 installation: driver problems during installation. Which seem to disappear when playing with the bios.
In short I almost sent it all back....
It turns out that not all motherboards have the same BIOS version.
As a result, the Ryzen 3 2200G is not systematically recognised!
I bought an A8-9600 on Amazon, received in one day which allowed me to update the BIOS, the Ryzen 3 2200G is now recognized and the machine runs correctly.
There is also the possibility to ask AMD for a "boot kit required".
they will then send a compatible CPU to do the upgrade and then you have to return it.
I have the same problem, I have already installed a PC with exactly the same components which runs without any problem, this time the motherboard turns on, the fans run, but impossible to access the BIOS!
Waste of time, disappointed customer, I do not recommend!
