A worthy successor to the famous NH-L12, the NH-L12S is a top-flow fan for ultra-powerful CPUs, offering great compatibility and modularity. Thanks to its deeper fin stack and the integration of the famous NF-A12x15PWM fan , the NH-L12S single fan model provides a level of cooling that lives up to Noctua's reputation.

The installation of the fan at the top of the heatsink ensures compatibility with RAM modules up to 48mm high, while the installation of the fan under the heatsink ensures perfect compatibility with many HTPC cases thanks to the total height of the ventirad not exceeding 70mm. In addition, the remote design frees up the last PCIe slot on most μATX and ATX motherboards. The optimised C-shaped design of the NH-L12S ensures optimum quiet cooling while minimising the overall height compared to traditional 140mm tower fans. This design also ensures excellent ventilation of memory modules and components adjacent to the socket on the motherboard.

Compared to the design of the original NH-L12, the design of the new NH-L12S offers a double axial offset.On most μATX and ATX motherboards, this design frees up space in the last PCIe slot (the heatpipes' curves face the PCIe ports or the rear connector panel).

    Ideal for small housings

    Difficult to install
