Double finned block designCompared with traditional monolithic radiators, the NH-D15 is built around 6 heat pipes and two finned blocks, offering a larger heat exchange surface, better heat distribution and maximised air flow thanks to the use of two fans.
A wider radiatorCompared with the NH-D14, the NH-D15 's radiator has been widened (150mm compared with 140mm for its predecessor) and the heat pipes have been spaced further apart, ensuring that the heat is distributed more evenly and spread over a larger surface area. All this contributes to the NH-D15's improved performance. |

Maximum RAM compatibilityThanks to its low recessed fins, the NH-D15 offers 64mm of available space for high memory modules in single fan mode, making it compatible with most high-end memory modules on the market .When using both fans, the NH-D15 generally requires the use of standard size memory modules (maximum 32mm).
Dual fans (NF-A15 140mm fans)The NH-D15 is equipped with two top-of-the-range Noctua NF-A15 140mm fans. Bought to cool my i7-12700KF which is known to heat up a LOT.
Result:
19°C in idle (ambient temperature 19°C).
No more than 60°C in game and rendering.
Very surprised by the silence in spite of the size of the engine, closed box we hear it almost not.
To be seen in hot weather but I highly recommend it.
Bought to cool an Intel Core i9-12900KF, this fan is huge! Beware of the space it can take in your case and check the dimensions. The LDLC configurator is perfect to propose compatible cases.
Equipped with 2 fans, I expected a sound volume accordingly... Well, I was wrong. It is very quiet. The only time you notice them is when the system starts up and I'm not sure if I'm confusing them with the case fans.
Comes with a mounting kit for each type of processor. It is quite easy to mount if you have enough space in the case.
Product to be recommended for the latest generation of Intel processors.
