First of all, if you have several devices, you need several pieces of software to configure them (and configuration is not very intuitive either).
But above all, it's my 2nd model that starts to have keys that display certain characters twice after 2 years of use.
Nothing to complain about at the beginning... Today the illustration by example.
Without proof-reading / re-typing, that's the state the keyboard is in; And regarding the G-Hub software, any qualifier would be censored in this comment.
Purchased in 2018 - At first I was very happy with my keyboard: it's beautiful, it works well, it's quite pleasant to use, it has lots of function keys
And then... in fact the function keys are rather gimmicky, and above all the left-hand row is far too close to the ctrl/maj/tab keys and I regularly pressed them without meaning to.
The Logitech G-HUB software is a purge, I was particularly fond of the macros that were triggered when I didn't feel like it, so I ended up getting rid of it completely (and so much for the custom RGB).
After 4-5 years, some of the keys break and don't hold at all (ctrl, q, i...)... and of course the plastic pins get stuck in the switch, which makes it hard to replace the keys (if you can find any at retail).
All in all: meh/20
I already had this model of keyboard, but I had a small problem with the space bar, so I had changed to another Logitech keyboard, but when I saw this keyboard on special offer, I couldn't resist and bought the closed eggs.

If you're looking for a mechanical keyboard that will stand up to the test of time and shock, and you also like multimedia features and macros galore, this is the keyboard for you!
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use the keyboard for the first time, but it's a good idea to use it for the second time. But I can't live without it!
Worst keyboard you can imagine, the ergonomics are catastrophic, the rear feet are useless, the keyboard tilts backwards, very unpleasant in office. But the worst is G Hub !!! The animations are imposed... impossible to mix freely the animations by key... But above all no reactive adjustment to the pressing of the keys !!! This keyboard is just a string of lights without interest, what a disappointment... I'm going back to Razor, Synapse is 10 years ahead of G HUB
Very good keyboard when just unpacked, no softening on this.
Bought on 20/01/2019, out of order after 2 1/2 years. The keys are no longer really detected or even hit twice!
I'm not sure if it's Logitech's fault or the switches?

PS2 : nniquel maintenance, not a crumb in it, nor deliquid !
very good keyboard macro practical and very pretty but hs after 2 years and some months double key (several times the same letter) complete cleaning with disassembling of key + replacement of the drivers and nothing nor made a keyboard has 160euro not very solid
