Problem with the microphone, which stopped working after 3 and a half years.
This must be due to the braided cable which compresses the wires by turning on itself and which has broken the microphone connector.
So I've had to replace the headphones without warranty. Disappointed, otherwise good sound and audio.
I put this rating for the product and the communication with the LCLC team, advises correctly and refers you correctly
The headphones are really good, the sound quality is very good with the leather pads but not very comfortable (not the worst either), perfect comfort pads but the sound is average, to choose. The rgb is powerful but it heats up when it's hot, the headset is a bit heavy but it's not heavy, but it's a good headset that's still worth the price.
This headset is a pretty good design.
The sound is very clean with excellent volume, it sits well and the little touch of colour via the RGB lighting is really nice.
A headset with good audio quality, good clarity. The sound isolation is decent. Still lacks a bit of bass according to my own taste. The ears can quickly get hot with long use but nothing to worry about. The microphone can be removed for those who do not use it and it is much more aesthetic. I recommend!!!
I'm very happy with this headset, it's comfortable, it has a very good sound, you can customize it as you want thanks to the dedicated software.
It's very comfortable, has a very good sound, and can be customised as you like thanks to the dedicated software. However, I find that it heats up a lot with the RGB on in the summer, which quickly becomes unbearable.
I had to send it back because the RGB of the left earpiece does not work anymore.
I am simply amazed by the sound quality of the material.
As a lover of good sound, I was right to choose these headphones which bring out my FLAC music very well.
I highly recommend it, despite the size.
The sound quality is great but the usb c to usb converter gets hot and this morning it got so hot that the plastic started to burn.
I had to bring it back, it's a shame
Great headphones, very comfortable, great sound quality, perfectly balanced bass, modern look, RGB, combined with my PC and PS4 Pro = PERFECT!
The only thing missing is a 3.5mm jack adapter, but that's just a tiny detail with everything going through USB4.
I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the service.

Rgb/leds sober and very aesthetic, the microphone is detachable and the sound of my voice is without defect
On PC I advise the installation of the software manufacturer armoury II, for the adjustment of the headset in detail (games, films, music, RGB ...)
In conclusion, a top of the range headset that doesn't really have any faults apart from its slightly high price and the fact that it doesn't offer a wireless version.
