Portable DAC for high-resolution listening
The FiiO KA13 Noir is a portable DAC and headphone amplifier designed to enhance listening from a smartphone, tablet or computer. Thanks to its dual headphone output and high-resolution compatibility, it is aimed at individuals, mobile music enthusiasts, gamers and users looking to connect a wired headset to a modern digital source. This USB DAC features a balanced design with a dual DAC CS43131 and dual SGM 8262 amplification. It supports audio files up to 32 bits / 384 kHz as well as DSD256. The balanced 4,4 mm jack output delivers up to 550 mW into 32 ohms, while the unbalanced 3,5 mm mini-jack output reaches 170 mW into 32 ohms. The signal-to-noise ratio is rated at 122 dB, with distortion below 0,0005 %. The 3,5 mm mini-jack output can also be configured as an SPDIF output.
The FiiO KA13 lets you play locally stored files or music from online services such as Tidal, Qobuz, Spotify or Deezer. It connects easily to compatible devices thanks to the USB-C port, the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable, USB-C to Lightning cable and USB-C to USB-A adapter. Its UAC 1.0 and UAC 2.0 compatibility also allows use with a game console. Compact and lightweight, it can be carried in a pocket to accompany headphone listening on the go or on a computer.
