Totally dissatisfied with the delivery, the responsibility lies with Chronopost, the person who delivered it is in no way responsible. The managers are unaware of the etymology of "chronos".
Home delivery scheduled 48 hours after ordering: I requested delivery to a pick-up point, made two calls to Chronopost and two to LDLC: according to Chronopost, the parcel – 1.20 m, 4 kg – cannot be delivered to a pick-up point or a Chronopost agency, only to my home!Chronopost could have informed me before delivery (by email, phone or text message), rather than providing incorrect information in their tracking tool. The result was home delivery after 10 days.
