Following on from the success of the SuperRacer and V400, FLsun presents the S1, a3D printer packed with innovations designed to help you produce impressive projects efficiently. The FLsun S1 boasts a print speed of 1200 mm/s and an acceleration of 40,000 mm/s². It has a ø320 x 430 mm print volume , so you can launch large-scale prints and bring your projects to fruition in one go.
Thanks to its built-in intelligent camera, the S1 can monitor printing in real time, create timelapses of your prints and automatically detect printing errors.Its powerful closed-loop stepper motor ensures unrivalled precision, and its fan, with continuous positive pressure, rotates at 40,000 rpm. The fan is capable of cooling a layer in just 1 second.
The S1's metal structure ensures flawless stability, even at high speeds. Thanks to its integrated filament drying box, you can control the temperature of the filament and how much is left.To achieve breathtaking speeds, the FLsun S1's 80W ceramic hotend is super light. The nozzle can reach 350°C with a flow of 110 mm³/s, and the direct drive extruder operates via a double gear system. The machine automatically detects filament feed breaks and nozzle blockages. Finally, the S1 is equipped with a Lidar system that not only provides automatic levelling, but also enables the quality of the first layers to be checked and the flow to be calibrated automatically. The tray is divided into two separate heating zones, allowing the centre of the tray or the circumference to be heated independently.
