The ADS-4500W uses a wider output tray to handle all types of paper in the feeder. The feeder is tilted to prevent jamming, so sheets slide more easily and are stacked in the best possible way. The ADS-4500W, with its 60-sheet feeder, can scan at up to 35 ppm and handle paper weights from 20 to 200 gsm.

I'd been looking for a scanner to scan all my personal documents for a while.
My criteria were: fair price, colour and B/W document scanning, multi-sheet scanning, network connection.
All the criteria have been met. What I particularly like is the ability to set shortcuts on the touch screen and to customise network locations where documents are automatically dropped off.
This is a very reliable product. You can scan 150 sheets, for example, without any worries.

This scanner is so efficient! It scans double-sided at lightning speed!
The brother software is fairly intuitive and offers a number of cool functions (compression, automatic OCR). It's pretty easy to get to grips with.
The product can be connected via wifi, ethernet or usb, which offers much appreciated flexibility of use.
Compact enough to fit on a work tray, very efficient. I recommend it to teleworkers and others.
