The Gelid PWM Y-cable (CA-PWM-01) allows you to connect 2 fans (3 or 4 pin) from a single socket on your motherboard. It is particularly useful when you want to adopt the same speed on two fans in your case.

Purchased after replacing one of my case fans. The previous one was powered by the ribbon cable and had a manual speed switch. The new one needed to be powered by the motherboard, but the slot was already occupied. This cable solved the problem. The speed control via the motherboard applies to both fans simultaneously.
Does the job perfectly, I plugged 2 thermaltake fans into it, and everything works.
The only small fault is that the connections are quite difficult to remove, you have to force them and I damaged the braided sleeve when I tried to unplug a fan to pass the cable another way.
Otherwise received very quickly and in good condition.
It's well finished, it works, but this type of accessory is always a bit expensive...
I took advantage of an order without which I would have bought on other generalist sites coming from ASIA because LDLC does not bring any added value to this type of purchase (no after-sales service, no technical point).
One star less than the price but otherwise nothing to say. A good length which can be practical in certain cases, a satisfactory sheathing even if a tighter braid would undoubtedly be better but otherwise what more can you expect from a simple product like this one?
