Well finished cable as it is jacketed so it is nicer, and stronger. The cable converts 4pin to a 4pin and a 3pin.
Does the job. It just needs to be a bit longer and cost a bit less as it's just a cable.
I ordered 4x of these and none of them were what I expected, 1x 4Pin side female plug but the other side wrong, 1x 3PIN and 1x 4Pin? not at all what I was expecting, misleading advertising because it is indeed 2x 4PIN that is announced in the technical data sheet.
I bought two of them so that I could connect 6 fans to 4 sockets. I received both in a timely manner... The problem is that both are completely unusable. Each one has an input socket with one wire missing. The problem is that both are completely unusable. 1/2 I could have believed a mistake was happening, but 2/2 is a rip-off.
I've bought 1 pin less on the dzux, shame to sell this, waste of time...
I needed it quickly and not one of them was functional...
I would not recommend this cable at all...
Very disappointing.
Tip top if you don't have enough 4-pin fan sockets on the motherboard (especially for µATX and mITX). You can even plug several together, which allowed me to power three Corsair LL120 RGB fans on a single 4-pin socket! I recommend it!
