It's the best mouse for small hands.
The left and right button clicks are silent. It's a shame that the buttons on the edge are not.
In terms of battery life, I easily lasted 1 month on a single AA battery using the dongle.
I find this mouse much better than the Orochi V2 (from the same manufacturer), including for gaming.
