Disastrous

I received the laptop on time delivered in a relay point. I found that its performance is really not crazy but it's more related to the fact that it's a laptop than to the product itself. However, since the 1st day of my use, I had bluescreen randomly at about once a week and crackling in the headphones. I have been using it since the first day of use, but I have been getting random bluescreening about once a week and crackling in the headphones. After sending it back, they finally told me that it was linked to a destruction of the motherboard by me (it is strictly impossible to damage a motherboard without dropping the computer) and that I would have to pay either 90€ to get my computer back in its original state or pay 970€ to repair it (for a 1100€ computer, that's a lot of money for a motherboard). I would advise you to avoid this product, but also to avoid LDLC, the worst after sales service I've ever seen.
