Quality product, service not very tolerant
Product received damaged (it happens).
The product is of very good quality, well made, the parts are solid and reliable, all possible connectors are provided, I highly recommend.

On the other hand, I received the product and opened it several weeks later (birthday present, so we wanted to give it new and not unpack it), the product is damaged and ldlc refuses to do anything because the 72h delay is over.
Read carefully the ldlc return policy before buying. Open your product as soon as you receive it, even if it is a gift.
The shop also refused to take care of my return. So no point in having a physical shop, obligation to check the package in 72h....a little short. I'm not sure I'd be interested in ordering from ldlc if I were to compare it to third party sellers on the net who sell for less.
