The power supply is loose, I have to put a shim on it to get it to work. Every time I disconnected the power supply, the whole hub stopped working and I had to unplug it and plug it back in again. Finally, 1 year after purchase, the power plug broke...
Seeing no reviews on this item, I hesitated to select it. I could not find the name of the manufacturer. I would have been better off not ordering it as none of the USB ports worked when I received it....
