    Used with Thunderbolt 3 on Mac for photo/video workflow (LR catalogues, PSD/ProRes). Transfer speeds are consistent and sufficient for working directly on the volume without latency on a daily basis.     It's certainly an investment, but it combines great storage and a dock.
    It uses a thunderbolt output on the mac and fulfils all these functions:
    power, access to storage, image and sound via usbc to an external screen, sd card reader.

    Excellent companion for my Mini M2 Pro

    Overall, installation is easy. It works perfectly as an external boot.

    On the other hand, I would have liked the LED to light up as soon as it was powered up. Because otherwise it's difficult to know if the connections are correct.
    The LED only lights up when the Mac is switched on.
    What's more, I have to plug it directly into my Mac Mini. It doesn't work if I plug it into my Thunderbolt 4 Dock.

    Apart from these little things, it works very well.
