Fast, convenient, nothing to say. The product does the job. The price is perfectly reasonable. I use it for my Time Machine backups.
A few months after receiving it, I finally tested the 2 1TB disks from LACIE, which were a huge disappointment.
The presentation was alluring in terms of "thunderbolt" loading speed, but in fact they are limited to just over 100M/s, which is very inadequate compared with competing products that can go up to a few gigas/s.
Fast shipping. Perfect packaging; Quality product. It's perfect! As always with LDLC!
Superb finish, quick to install and get to grips with.
However, LaCie's backup software is limited; I use EaseUS Todo Backup Home for much more secure incremental backups.
Buy it with your eyes closed. A big thank you to the sales assistant at the Le Pontet shop for testing the product in front of me with an adapter cable to make sure it was compatible with my configuration.
