With the same proven design and NF-A9x14 PWM fan, this model maintains the NH-L9i's level of excellence by combining a height of only 37 mm, a very good level of performance and silence as well as full compatibility with memory and PCIe slots. The chromax.black version offers an elegant and sober look thanks to the black radiator cover and the black fan. Supplied with the popular SecuFirm2 compact multi-socket mounting system for LGA115x, Noctua NT-H1 thermal paste and backed by a full 6-year manufacturer's warranty, the NH-L9i chromax black is the perfect premium choice for those looking for an ultra-compact cooler that looks as good as it works.
The NF-A9x14 fan features a highly optimised AAO frame for outstanding aerodynamic performance. With PWM support, the NF-A9x14 keeps the NH-L9i surprisingly quiet.
The NH-L9i comes with a custom SecuFirm2 system for LGA115x without a backplate. This feature further improves compatibility with mini-ITX motherboards and makes installation easier than ever.

Chosen according to the constraints of the Covid 19, I would have been satisfied with the original alu/maroon version but the minimum delivery basket of 75 € made me lean towards this useless black version on my ITX PC based on Cooler Master Elite 110 (no bay window ...) . My Core i3 2100 is well cooled and silently (with the reducer included in the product bundle) at 1100 rpm against 1400 on Stock Intel
