The Silencio S400 from Cooler Master is a standard mini-tower case with a sober and refined design and advanced noise management. Its walls filled with insulating foam effectively reduce the noise pollution of your configuration whether it is from a micro-ATX or mini-ITX motherboard. With two 120mm fans installed and watercooling compatibility, this case is ready to welcome your equipment in the best conditions.
The development of the Silencion S400 has been focused on noise reduction, so its operation is very quiet, thanks to the use of anti-noise foam to line the inside of the case and a resonance that is reduced to a minimum. Even the 2 fans that come as standard have been given special treatment and are equipped with rubber pads that greatly limit their noise volume.
The Silencio S400 hides its game well. It can accommodate motherboards in micro-ATX or mini-ITX format in order to build a configuration powerful enough for gaming. The case can accommodate a 319 mm graphics card and the processor is cooled by a ventirad with a maximum height of 166 mm. There are also 4 PCI slots for expansion cards for your future PC. On the storage side, you will be able to install one 5.25", four 3.5" and four 2.5" disks. The front door is reversible to adapt to the organisation of your environment.
Three dust filters are also available to keep the heart of your machine clean, and the HDD cage is removable. It can also be moved to make room for a larger power supply or a larger heatsink in the case of watercooling for example.
The Silencio S400 also relies on good cooling quality and is equipped with 2 x 120mm fans (1 front and 1 rear). To this you can add 1 120/140 mm slot at the front and 1 other (or even 2 without the 5.25" case) 120/140 mm slot at the top to complete your configuration.
Compatible with a watercooling system, the S400 can house a radiator up to 280mm in size and thus provide superior cooling to your entire setup.

I bought this box because I needed a compact box with an internal player/writer to put in a niche
in a multimedia cabinet
Mounted with an I5 12400F ,pure rock 2 black, and ASUS RTX 4060 , the box is silent with temperatures more than
correct temperatures in games (CG and CPU at 60 degrees max).
for this purpose.
I hadn't bought a camera for 10 years. It's nothing like what I've had in the past. Great box, well laid out.
The top plate is well magnetised. My only doubt is the relative fragility of the top sockets (jack and usb). To be seen over time
Good case overall, no weaknesses to be found.
I chose this case because it's virtually noiseless, but the two fans supplied with it aren't very quiet, which is a shame. So I replaced them with two shadow wings from bequiet! Now it's really inaudible... except when the CG starts humming ^^.
The power supply dust filter is very basic, and could do with a little improvement too.
But in the end I don't regret my purchase, I love the sober and compact look.
Rather compact case, with a sober and elegant design. Ideal for a quiet, unobtrusive PC that can accommodate a powerful system. It would be perfect with a switch with a little more travel to eliminate any risk of unintentional pressing.
I was initially happy with this box, but I changed my mind after a few months of use, as the 2 front USB ports no longer work without having been overused or forced...
