Very good screen. The same thing happened to me as JeremieC. If the light is always on, one solution is to let the battery run down until the light goes out (two to three days), then use it again. They can search Reddit forums for the problem. Excuse my French, I'm learning.

Very nice product in appearance only. After 20 days, it broke down for no reason, refusing to display the contents of a smartphone or a computer. When contacted, LDLC blames ASUS, who seems to be overwhelmed by requests. Needless to say, this is the LAST time I order through LDLC and I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this brand. Being bad is one thing. Being bad while being convinced to be good is another, much more reprehensible.
Interested customers, go the other way!
I only received this screen this morning.
I have only 4 hours of experience with this screen . but I am absolutely delighted with the quality and ease of use of this screen.
I am using this screen with an Asus ZenBook UX463F touchscreen computer equipped with Screen pad 2.0 and USB Type-C 3.0. (so without the DisplayPort Alt Mode technology)
The touch screen works perfectly when I don't use the screen pad 2.0. But when the screen pad is on, the touch screen of the extra screen becomes unusable. ( Maybe this works with the display port alt mode technology.)
Before my purchase I had called the technical service to get information about this screen. The technician advised me to buy a HTMI to micro HDMI cable. But this is already included in the box.
In any case, for the moment, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
