Yes, they are cheap, but they are barely worth the price they are sold for. Low-end plastic, too short wires, no dedicated drivers to configure them, the bass button is not very useful.
It's only good for getting sounds on the PC, for music or games it's not good at all.

I highly recommend it, as well as ldlc for its usual seriousness.
Good value for money, good sound, for sounding up my PC without waking up the whole village. Simple installation (--> speaker jack output to be connected to subwoofer, not to PC)
For its price this product has a decent sound. A small subwoofer and two small speakers.
The big problem: the length of the speaker wires. They are connected to the same wire and the length is so small that I could not place them on either side of the screen...
