No particular problems with delivery or installation.
The only problem is that the box cannot handle screens larger than 1920x1080, which means I have to put my 27" directly on the laptop.
I also noticed a big difference in the copying of files depending on whether the external disk is connected to the box or directly to the laptop's USB port.
bought in Dec. 2017 and already out of order, worked 1 YEAR
daily pro use, the DVI output is out of order, the sound output is also out of order, and electrical fault on the USB cable connected to the PC. contact with LDLC to make a return under warranty.
The screen and ethernet connection are constantly jumping. I had to log in to my LDLC account for 1 hour just to leave this review...

I bought this device 2 months ago and have been using it ever since.
On it are connected my two monitors, keyboard, mouse, internet, 2.1 speaker, external HD. It is indeed very convenient, but it turned out that this dock station does not fully cover my needs.
My problem, as soon as I request the power of the graphics card, I have my processor that goes up to 80% ~ 90% of use I did not understand why at first, I reinstalled the drivers and tried other things that did not work. And then I unplugged one of my two monitors and connected it directly to my PC via HDMI and there was no problem.
In fact the interface with the computer is usb 3, its speed is 5 Gbit/s which is not enough for a more advanced use of your computer (video games, 1080p videos, 3D graphics software etc ...)
If you need to use your computer at full power, I advise you to go for a thunderbolt interface which has much higher speeds.
I have been using this product for several months now with only my HDMI cable connected directly from my screen to my PC and I am satisfied with it
I will only give it 3 stars because I think the price of this device is rather high and it doesn't allow me to use my laptop fully.
I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the price.
I've tested it on hdmi and dvi port on 2 different monitors and a plasma tv via hdmi, I also tested it with another pc, alas nothing happens, while the other functions of the dock are operational, I'll check with Ldlc for the return.
