    very good product

An ideal product for intensive use, the USB HUB's dedicated power supply provides excellent stability during use.
    I highly recommend it.

    In line with expectations

Fast delivery, product corresponds to what was expected. Intended to connect an Android smartphone that was not negotiating correctly on the USB3.0 port. With the USB 2.0 ports on this device, everything works normally.

    USB 2.0 and 1.1 compatibility

I work with an old DJ controller with USB 2.0. With a new computer and windows 10, nothing worked anymore. But with this little HUB, everything is fine, I connect my console in 2.0 to the HUB and the HUB in USB 3 to the PC and everything works fine. The best!

    as expected

the item was just what I needed.
I use my PC on a video projector. purposes: movies/games with my family, instead of a TV. I needed to deport my usb ports so I could plug in 2 xbox controllers, or 1 keyboard and mouse. I didn't try all 4 at once.
The box is permanently slid under my sofa (almost invisible), connected to a 3m USB/USB extension cable. My fear was that I would have to plug and unplug the power supply from the box. I didn't need it, the box works fine without external power supply with 2 joysticks, or keyboard/mouse.
    It's perfect.

Very poor hub. Poor value for money

This is my first order and most likely my last! The operation of this Hub is totally erratic! I spent over an hour and a half wondering why it worked for two minutes and then not at all. As said in the previous comment, you spend your time plugging/unplugging ...plugging/unplugging and then bored and because I had to connect my keyboard and mouse to it ...well I give up!
And about two hours later, it works again without knowing why!

As for the delivery that I thought would be a simple formality in my big mailbox for two small products, well, it's a failure! Indeed my postman was obliged to knock at my house because the parcel was too big, totally disproportionate (and the articles not even wedged inside) and fortunately I am on holiday at the moment otherwise I would have had to go and get it at the post office!

Will I also have to ask for the contractual guarantee in a while...?
