Excellent

After more than a month of use, I can finally say: Yes, this headset is simply excellent. It replaces my steelseries siberia 800 ( very good headset by the way but the foam was too much collapsed on the top of my head ). With this one, no problem for big heads. The elastic that holds the headphones on your head is good quality and the ear pads are so comfortable that you don't feel them after a while. They cut out the outside sound very well for a better immersion in the games. However, beware of big ears, it can hurt after 2/3 hours. The sound is clear, the bass is there, with an option to increase the sound. The only downside is the battery. I don't know if I'm the only one to have this defect or if it's quite regular, but one of my two batteries seems to have a tiny defect in its size, which means that if I put the headphones on too hard, the battery moves and the headphones disconnect.

Broken down less than a month after purchase...run away!

The left earpiece started to crackle 2 weeks after purchase (choppy sound) probably a bad contact, as soon as I touched the earpieces with my hands it lost contact, it was fluctuating, when I put the microphone in the headset the sound crackled in the earpieces, and very soon after the left earpiece stopped working. This headset is simply the most expensive on the market, at this price such an approximation in manufacturing is inadmissible... I'm at my 3rd headset in 1 year. - 1st Logitech 933 (overpriced) broken plastic headband in less than 6 months. - 2nd Audio Technica, cable broken in the sheath at the level of the earpiece (very hard plastic cable) 3 months of use. - 3rd Ce Steel Serie Artic Pro (not even 3 weeks) I'll end up believing that programmed obsolescence is not a legend ! I'm a careful person, I spent almost 700 euros on a headset in less than a year... this headset being the worst, I don't recommend it ! I'm going to look for headphones under 100 euros.

        Nikel for games

Sound reproduction is of good quality, and the fact that it has two batteries, one of which charges itself, is practical. What's more, the Steel app is really handy, with lots of pre-programmed games (equaliser).
The microphone could be of better quality, but it does the job.
Shipping is a bit long in Switzerland compared to other Swiss sellers.
I have absolutely no regrets about my purchase.

        A very pleasant surprise

This top-of-the-range, high-quality headset is a great discovery for me. Superb ergonomics and batteries that can be changed very easily (15-30 seconds) thanks to the very discreet magnetic wall that fits beautifully into the helmet. However, beware of large heads that can easily get cramped. Unfortunately, it's not adjustable.

        Top

World-class product. I like the design, the quality, the efficiency and the autonomy. Well worth the money.

        Perfect

Very good headset does not hurt the ears after several hours of use, very good sound and microphone.
Unlike other people who complain about not being able to go into other rooms with it without it disconnecting personally I do not have the problem. I recommend it.

        Very good helmet but...

It's a great headset with a good sound the specialization is excellent,
I bought this helmet because I had a Steel series of the same range but of older generation with the double battery and honestly it is the top never to be short of battery it is still a good positive point only I find the model arctis 7 more cheap on the materials used except for the aluminium headband which him is of very good qualities but personally the band way ski it is average... I would have jumped on the Astro A50 if it had the same style of batteries no matter what the price was...

Good helmet but can be improved.

I was looking for a headset to stream, but especially with a good spatialization, the first is filled, but the second a little less, because there is nothing in the drivers to amplify in several directions, in a single player game it passes, but for multiplayer it is not sharp enough, the headset starts to be heavy on long sessions. As it is possible to listen to his smartphone with the bluetooth, I tested some phases lengthened, it is clearly not conceived for that, because the wheel being used as button can easily touch a pillow, because this one is very sensitive.
Otherwise for a normal use, with the optical connection there are superb ideas; because all occurs in a fluid way if this one is extinguished, that passes automatically towards the speaker. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it as an antenna or not, but it's a good idea to use it as an antenna, because it's a good idea to use it as an antenna, because it's a good idea to use it as an antenna.
The bad thing is the lack of sound customization in the driver, because it is clearly the weak point of this headset.
It's hard to find the perfect wireless headset at the moment, but this one saves a lot of time in the handling of it and is still very pleasant.

As it is possible to listen to his smartphone with the bluetooth, I tested some phases lengthened, it is clearly not conceived for that, because the wheel also serves as button, this one is very sensitive.
Otherwise for an optical connection there are some great ideas. The case serves as an antenna, so no worries about plugging it into the back of the PC, no worries about interference, 2 batteries, so no worries about autonomy, plugged into the optical no more time wasted changing options once set, when the headset is off it automatically switches to the speakers.
As a bad point I insist on the lack of customization of the sound in the driver for it is clearly the weak point of this helmet.
Currently it is difficult to find the perfect wireless headset, but this one is a good time saver in the manipulation that remains very pleasant.

        Good but...

I've been using the headset for a while now and I'm not sure if it's a good product or not. I've been using it for a while and I'm not sure if it's a good product or not, I'm not sure if it's a good product or not. You can't increase the gain via Windows either, so I find it a real shame for a headset at this price. It's not very nice from Steelseries.

        It's the bomb

I am very pleased with the quality of this product. I'm very pleased with this headset, the sound is clear and sublime, the DTS and Dolby adds a plus. I've tested it with a PS4 Pro and a Zappiti One 4K HDR and it's amazingly realistic. Compared to my Astro A40, the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless is far superior. This headset is to be recommended.

        Very good product.

It is a really good product, it came to replace my Sennheiser headphones and my Bird UM1 (not that it was not good but by concern and desire for a drastic reduction of cable so it was my first choice). For the moment I have nothing to say, the autonomy is excellent, the material is solid, the sound is excellent. The presence of an equalizer in the case makes it perfectly adaptable. The wireless is powerful, indeed I can go to open the door located at 20 meter with three walls between without there being cut of sound.

        Perfect high end gamer headset

        Nothing to say....perfect sound....very good battery life....microphone a little perfectible....and no latency.
I've been using it for a while now and it's a great headset for gamers and even for listening to music in excellent conditions. In short.....to be recommended.

Very surprised and delighted with the purchase

I bought a Bluetooth headset before but it was low quality. And when I bought this one, I was surprised, and still am, at how quiet it is in the room (with a laptop on and a fan making a bit of noise... I can't hear it at all).

The communication is very smooth, with no interference, crackling or loss, and the sound of my voice is almost the same. The balance of the game and communication sounds is very useful.
The weight is not a problem anymore after 1 week of use, and I last about 15 hours non stop with the batteries. It's a great tool to have around the house.

It's worth it for me, even if the price is still high. If you can afford it, you'd better take advantage of it.
