With a maximum TGP of 230 W in Turbo mode, support for Advanced Optimus and access to the latest AI acceleration tools, including DLSS and Frame Generation, this GPU can take your games to unprecedented heights. This ASUS laptop also features a dedicated MUX switch with NVIDIA Advanced Optimus support, allowing you to make the most of your GPU's power when gaming.
ROG Nebula HDR display
The STRIX G18 features an ultra-fast 2.5K 240Hz Nebula display with a 3 ms response time, so you can always stay one step ahead of your opponents. Thanks to its 16:10 display with 500 nits of brightness and 100% DCI-P3 coverage, the STRIX G18 delivers incredible pixel-perfect color accuracy, even in the most intense battles. We have also added a brand-new ACR (Ambient Contrast Ratio) film, with two layers that reduce reflections and increase contrast for more vivid images, while improving the viewing angle for spectators.
Powerful cooling
ASUS has completely redesigned the STRIX G18 G815's cooling solution, using precise calculations to ensure you get the best possible gaming experience from your machine. ASUS has moved all air intakes to the rear of the hinge to keep hot air away from your hand. The sides and bottom of the machine act as air intakes, creating a natural and efficient airflow path. Air also flows through the keyboard deck, keeping your hands cool during intense gaming sessions. By combining a full-width vapor chamber with a sandwich-style heatsink, Tri-Fan technology and Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal on the CPU and GPU, the Strix 18 G815 achieves lower noise levels in Turbo mode than the previous generation, while delivering the same carefully engineered excellence you expect from a STRIX machine.
Superior audio quality
The two Dolby Atmos-powered speakers create an authentic soundstage for your games. High-resolution audio lets you listen to your music in the same quality as it was recorded. Two-Way AI Noise Cancelation processes incoming and outgoing audio signals to filter out all background noise, ensuring your calls, chats and streams are free from distractions.
Backlit eSports keyboard
The difference between victory and defeat can come down to a single keystroke, which is why the Strix G18 features a full-size keyboard designed to help you win. Overstroke technology makes work and play sublime by reducing key actuation and improving responsiveness. Designed for gamers, this keyboard features spaced-out function keys that make shortcut keys easier to identify intuitively. This gives you faster access to your main gaming commands. The large arrow keys provide more precise control in the heat of the action. The larger touchpad makes it easier to keep track of all your applications, while per-key RGB lighting lets you choose from millions of colors for each key for endless customization. You can also create game-specific layouts via Armoury Crate, making every match unique.
