ROG Nebula HDR Display
Your laptop display is a window to new worlds, which is why ASUS chose the best for its ROG Strix SCAR 18. This ROG Nebula HDR display featuring Mini LED technology offers more than 2,000 dimming zones, a maximum brightness of 1200 nits and stunning colors thanks to 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. The SCAR 18 G835 has also been enhanced with a brand-new dual-layer ACR, which reduces reflections and improves contrast by 4.5 times for incredibly vivid colors. Combined with ASUS's Nebula HDR engine, this display ensures that all games and movies truly stand out. The 240 Hz refresh rate and full G-SYNC support ensure incredibly smooth movement, allowing you to see every enemy before they see you.
High-performance cooling
ASUS completely redesigned the cooling solution of the Strix SCAR 18 G835 based on precise calculations to guarantee you the best possible gaming experience with your machine. ASUS moved all air intakes to the rear of the hinge in order to direct hot air away from your hand. The sides and bottom of the machine serve as air intakes, creating a natural and efficient airflow path. Air also circulates through the keyboard deck, keeping your hands cool during intense gaming sessions. By combining an end-to-end vapor chamber with a sandwich heatsink, Tri-Fan technology and Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal on the CPU and GPU, the Strix SCAR 18 G835 achieves a lower noise level in Turbo mode than the previous generation, while delivering the same calculated excellence you expect from a Strix SCAR machine.
Superior audio quality
Dolby Atmos-powered speakers include two tweeters and two downward-firing woofers to create an authentic soundstage while gaming. High-resolution audio lets you listen to your music with the same quality as when it was recorded. The Two-Way AI Noise Cancelation feature processes incoming and outgoing audio signals to filter out all background noise, ensuring that your calls, chats and streams are transmitted without interference.

The difference between victory and defeat can come down to a single keystroke, which is why the Strix SCAR 18 features a professional-quality esport keyboard designed to ensure victory. Built to last, the Strix SCAR 18 keyboard switches are rated for more than 20 million keystrokes, while the n-key rollover feature ensures that your system never misses a command, even when you press several keys at once. The Strix SCAR 18 has a full-size keyboard with dedicated multimedia controls and customizable shortcut keys for the various Armoury Crate functions. In addition, thanks to per-key RGB customization and full Aura Sync functionality, the Strix SCAR 18 will always look the way that matches your mood.
