Very satisfied with my order, I placed it in the shop, the welcome was top notch and the sales staff very professional. I received it in 24 hours and was very satisfied with the Ldlc extended warranty supplied directly with the purchase at no extra cost unlike the competition. Always useful on oled with its Burning problems. I am a long term customer and will remain so.
Screen purchased just over six months ago.
The screen was delivered quickly (hats off to LDLC), but it simply doesn't work.
Faulty equipment, no problem, just bad luck.
Very quick after-sales service (hats off to LDLC again), I sent it back and a few days later I received a new replacement that worked.
Yesterday, the replacement broke down and no longer lights up.
I was forced to buy another screen because I can't afford to be without a working tool, but two breakdowns in less than a year on two different screens of the same model, even though I use them very normally... I'd recommend you buy something else.
The panel is really very nice, but that's about the only thing that goes on this screen ...
Positives :
- The 4 USB type A ports, which allow you to connect headphones + keyboard + mouse + xxx directly to the screen, with information sent back to the tower via the USB type B cable (supplied), and allowing you to control a tower or laptop that supports DP alt Mode (connected to the screen using the type C). A single set of peripherals to use two different machines - what a treat!
- The slab is really good quality, from what little I've been able to see.
Negative points:
- The stand is very sturdy and imposing, so the screen is very stable, but this puts the screen further away from the wall, and therefore limits the interest of the ambiglow (which is why I chose this screen).
- the ambiglow is not at all on a par with the ambilight on their televisions, don't get me wrong! the video tracking mode is a mess and the LEDs sometimes flash for no reason when nothing is happening on the screen.
- the ergonomics of the settings menu and its responsiveness are catastrophic; at this price level, it's indecent
- the input control card was completely out of kilter, the screen worked extremely badly if at all in display port, it's a bit more stable but not perfect in HDMI either, the only video input that seemed to work properly was USB Type C. The only video input that seemed to work properly was USB Type C. And with Linux, it was horrendous (there was already a review in German to that effect on the Philips website, but I didn't trust it ... I should have).

Arrived very quickly, the driver was very nice, just if he had taken the package to my door it would have been perfect, just put in my lift, but ... everything was nickel no worries I could slide without lifting, despite my back pain.
Unfortunately I haven't unpacked it yet, as I've been in hospital since...
And that's it!
This review is in two parts, starting with the key points about the product.
+ The image quality and immersion of a 32/9th 240 hertz QD-Oled panel is unequalled.
+ Factory colour calibration (calibration report and Delta E < 1), useful for photo development, video calibration, etc.
+ A 'reasonable' resolution (almost 4K) so that it can be used correctly and 'easily' with a 'recent' GPU.
+ True HDR, which is finally being used properly in Windows.
+ The rather successful design in white and silver/aluminium.
+ Remote control (cheap, but present)
+ KVM
- Outputs on either side of the screen with a cable management system that does the bare minimum (without serflex you'll see your cables... less well thought out than the G9s, even older ones, on this point.
- Shiny screen, fortunately compensated for by good brightness.
- The simulated ambilight is poor in terms of tracking, with the LEDs sometimes flashing for no reason.
- The speakers are supposed to be the best integrated into a screen, which may be true, but in reality, a decent portable speaker (a Bose at 100/200 quid) will sound MUCH better and less nasal.
The second point concerns a cruel lack of seriousness on the part of the delivery, despite the fact that it was made in the shop along with the shop's delivery.
One corner of the box was ripped off, and another folded like an accordion, indicating a fairly violent impact.
For a product of this value, this is not at all reassuring, and even if my screen had been intact, I know several people around me who would have refused to collect their parcel in this condition.
Your logistics department needs to be a bit more serious (not to mention the delay in delivery times).
