    disappointment after 8 days

    After less than 8 days of use, my screen started displaying lines across the entire width and height of the panel. I tested several cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C), as well as two different computers: the problem is definitely with the screen.

    For a product sold for more than 1 000 €, I find this unacceptable. I’m already going to have to go through after-sales service even though the screen is practically new. This experience makes me lose confidence in the reliability of MSI products and unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

    On the other hand, nothing to complain about regarding LDLC, which was responsive in handling the issue.

    Exceptional OLED monitor

    Advantages: exceptional image quality, deep blacks, very low latency (0.03 ms), sharp fonts on screen (no colour fringing), very immersive gaming experience thanks to its 21:9 format, 3-year MSI warranty (OLED Care) and 5-year warranty via LDLC, no annoying reflections, screen remains readable even in low brightness (level 9 out of 100) for office use!

    Disadvantages: High price (1299 euros at LDLC), DP cable too short (1.5 metres), firmware update needs to be explained in more detail, no speakers.
