Very good but either quality defects or I was unlucky
The PGQ27 is a very good affordable 240hz monitor; however, take this with a grain of salt, as this is a personal experience that could reflect bad luck or a product quality defect.
I don't know much about colorimetry, but the colors are very nice, the white on the screen is a true white, the red levels are vibrant, and the black levels remain decent for an IPS panel. My old fox spirit FQ270 and my old AOC both get thoroughly beaten.
The screen is very smooth and suffers from neither ghosting nor overshoot.
VRR (recognized as freesync premium by adrenaline) works very well whether it's 60FPS or 240 fps or any other value; it's stable.
There is also a dynamic overdrive mode, which is very rare in general, so there's no need to choose an overdrive preset for each game or to choose between Freesync and overdrive. In my experience, level 1 of dynamic overdrive is perfect regardless of the displayed FPS.
