Beware of the Destructive Carrier
Trust means being satisfied or disappointed with the service. I received the box with a fold all along one side, I couldn't imagine that the TV panel was folded too. The GEODIS driver explained: "you can't imagine the power of the strapping machines" (bogus). I trusted him and accepted the parcel, having taken photos. The TV worked, but I preferred to return it, as in the medium term electronic problems could occur with the panel, and a great TV folded up like that isn't pretty. In the return lorry, the box was placed at an angle (excellent for folding it a second time! and probably the same treatment for the next TV if I had asked for an exchange). LDLC reimbursed me for the TV but not the carrier (79 euros) despite the photos. So it's obviously my fault, or bad luck, or someone's negligent in this story and it's all my fault.
As for the TV itself, it's a very nice picture, although it's violent enough to turn off the pixels in the dark areas (the characters' black clothes), there's no detail whatsoever, which can be sorted out with a bit of patience. The speakers are at the bottom of the TV, while the characters are talking at the top of the picture... and finally the tiny remote control where the on/off and settings buttons get mixed up is really not very practical for selecting DTT channels.
