Product delivered in good condition, as expected and on time. In short, the order was fulfilled on time and in ideal conditions.
My first OLED TV and I'm extremely pleased with it! The value for money seems excellent, so we'll see in the future.
After a lot of research, LDLC was the best placed in terms of price! Top delivery in 48 hours! The TV is really good once the settings done!
For the moment I'm giving it a score of 1 because when we unpacked it we noticed a deformation of the screen card and a warp on the screen.
I have sent a complaint to ldlc to resolve the problem.
I would put 5/5 on receiving a TV in perfect condition.
After buying this TV, I'm very happy. The sound and picture quality are top notch (tested several weeks ago)! So I recommend it!
This Samsung TV is a great model, and I haven't encountered any problems with Tizen, despite the fact that it's often criticised.
I'd recommend this model, especially with Samsung's €400 discount.
The video games hub is a plus, and being able to play Xbox game pass without a console on your TV is really nice.
The TV arrived very quickly (less than 45 hours, thanks to Geodis and LDLC). It was very well packaged and the stand was easy to assemble. The base has a small footprint, which meant I could put the TV on a pedestal table, which is a nice change from older TVs. Set-up was instantaneous, whether it was WiFi, firmware update or connection to the Chromecast. The sound and picture quality are simply amazing. Very satisfied! Good value for money.
