    Good screen

    I'm happy with this screen; no apparent worries, no dead pixels. I'm not very familiar with the Acer brand of screens. So I'm going to keep an eye out for the next few months of warranties.
    I've tested the DP for the moment and seen it at 170hz with my graphics card. and the HP work and are good enough for me.
    The quality of the materials is there.
    The colour rendering seems correct after depending on the settings it differs quite a bit.
    I am happy with my purchase thank you LDLC rennes for their welcome.

    A very sad screen

    So there you have it, the screen delivers 165 fps and 2k. That's the end of it. Apart from the problem I had when I unpacked it (small bunch of dead pixels) I found this panel atrocious.
    Acer claim to have calibrated the screen and even provide a graph to prove it. Personally, I think the guy who calibrates them is colour blind. The screen is just green. The white will stay yellow, no matter what.
    Now I know it's a bit of a lottery, but I had a sick ips glow, and an infinite light bleed.
    A real shame, because it looks great.


    Now, if you're not too fussy about white balance, and just want to do fast fps or competitive fast gaming, go for it. It'll do the job.

    I wouldn't order it if you like nice single-player games and movies.
