The Samsung 990 PRO NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD. The 990 PRO pushes the PCIe 4.0 interface to its limits by doubling the data transfer rate of PCIe 3.0, while remaining backwards compatible with the latter.

the 990 pro has very good read and write speeds of over 7000 mb/s. i picked it up just in time before the price hike following the high demand for drams due to the ia boom.
Bought to increase the storage capacity of my PS5, product does the job, easy to install, good reading and writing speed, I recommend it.
As my motherboard isn't pci 5.0 compatible, this is the best fast and reliable pci 4.0 model to replace a crucial horror that won't even last 2 years? (and I've still got old Samsungs that are 8 and 10 years old as secondary disks)
