The Sony ZV-E1 is an interchangeable lens vlog camera with a high performance 35mm full frame image sensor. The ZV-E1 combines a 12.1 MP full frame sensor with the latest BIONZ XR processor to give creative vloggers who want to deliver the highest quality content all the benefits of Sony's most advanced technology. It supports 4K 60p, 120p scalable recording, while the AI processing unit improves subject recognition capabilities for advanced applications.
Convenient Vlog Use
The Cinematic Vlog setting lets you create feature film-like scenes intuitively. Simply choose a look and mood (Look and Mood options)16 and an autofocus transition speed to create cinema-quality vlog footage
The Product Presentation feature makes it easy to shoot product presentation videos. The camera focuses from your face to the product in front of the lens smoothly, then back to your face when you move it away. The Product Presentation function can be turned on or off simply by pressing the dedicated button.
Dynamic Active Mode Stabilisation
The vlog camera'shigh-precision stabilisation unit and built-in gyro sensors, combined with optimised image stabilisation algorithms, allow the electronic stabilisation to be used in dynamic active mode.The vlog's high-precision stabilisation unit and built-in gyro sensors, combined with optimised image stabilisation algorithms, allow the advanced electronic stabilisation to work in concert with the camera's 5-axis optical image stabilisation system in a new dynamic active mode. This dynamic active mode is approximately 30% more efficient than the active mode offered by previous models. As a result, it's easier than ever to shoot smooth, stable vlog footage while on the move for vibrant, dynamic expression.
Using AI-based subject recognition technology, the Auto Framing function automatically crops the image to keep the subject in the foreground when recording video. The framing is continuously adjusted so that the recorded footage looks as if the subject is being followed by an experienced cameraman, even when the camera is mounted on a tripod.
4K HDR video, high quality sound
This hybrid camera delivers natural, lifelike colours in 4K HDR movies without post-production or colour grading, thanks to support for recording 4K HDR (High Dynamic Range) movies with the HLG image profile preset.
The ZV-E1 features a high-performance, variable-pattern, three-capsule microphone capable of capturing clear sound in outdoor conditions where wind and ambient noise can be a problem. This microphone is designed to clearly capture the voice of your main subject and allows you to set the pick-up pattern to Front, Rear, All directions or Auto, depending on your shot.
High-sensitivity, interchangeable lens, full-frame hybrid
Sony offers vloggers an uncompromising image using state-of-the-art technology. The full frame Exmor R CMOS sensor offers wide latitude, low noise, beautiful full frame bokeh and high sensitivity. In addition, with up to 8 times the processing power, the latest BIONZ XR processor performs extremely fast real-time image processing and supports 4K 60p, 120p scalable recording, with better gradation rendering, more faithful colour reproduction and quieter imaging.
Featuring Sony's E-mount , the ZV-E1 can be used with all E-mount lenses, including the G Master series, which offer exceptional resolution and high quality bokeh. The choice of focal lengths from 12mm to 1200mm offers you limitless creativity.
