I bought an ASUS Vivobook and a 14 inch case several weeks ago through LDLC.
I am very satisfied with the products delivered and even more so with the attention I received.
I had a lot of questions about this product because it was an investment for my work and the customer service is just great. The answers are clear and precise and above all honest (the product did not match all my desires - e.g. battery life, but they did not try to lie to me).
I've been using it for a while now and I'm very happy with the service and the quality of the product. (while it is clearly misery on the opening to the world here).
