Screen size
A very good product that was on sale.
My old laptop was 17 inches. This one is 15 inches. It will take me a little while to adjust.
On the other hand, it’s very lightweight.

Valuable advice
I came to this store to buy a laptop, with specific requirements. The sales assistant was able to guide us very well. Very satisfied with this first purchase.

Adapting to Windows 11 is difficult
We had to change computers because the previous one was full and no longer met our needs (after 10 years).
The new one came with Windows 11, and it's difficult for us. We even had to take the computer back to the ADLC store to get help because we could no longer log in!
The person at reception was very attentive and helped us understand our difficulties. We had confused the PIN code requested when logging in with the Microsoft password! On Windows 10, we were never asked for our PIN!!! and the login method was limited to the Microsoft password.
Since our visit, everything has been fine.Review automatically translated -
